Grand Rapids, MI, USA - Viking Group, a global leader in fire protection and life safety systems, announces the relocation of its Viking SupplyNet service centers in Toronto, Houston, and Philadelphia. The three new facilities, which are strategically located in their respective metropolitan areas, will further enhance the company's service capabilities in each of these key markets.
Viking SupplyNet's new 40,000 square foot facility in Houston, Texas will include both distribution and fabrication services. Formerly, the company operated these functions in separate facilities. By consolidating these operations in a single location, Viking SupplyNet has enhanced its capabilities to provide a complete, integrated package of fire protection products and fabrication services to fire sprinkler contractors in Houston.
The relocation of Viking SupplyNet's operations in Philadelphia will be effective on January 10, 2011. The Houston and Toronto moves have been completed and both facilities are now operational. Updated contact information for each new location is as follows:
