PORTLAND, Ore., May 14 // -- Vigilan today announced The Administrator has been enhanced with new QuickBooks(R) functionality to streamline day-to-day operations for assisted living, independent living and dementia care communities.
Operators can now set up new residents in both systems with only one entry in The Administrator, eliminating tedious account set up in both systems. Once a system administrator selects billing submissions from The Administrator, the new resident is added to QuickBooks and all relevant payments, rent charges, care service charges, and miscellaneous charges are automatically entered into the Invoice and Payment sections of QuickBooks.
In addition, pro-rating monthly charges for new residents when they move- in is simplified by automatically calculating correct charges and passing them over to QuickBooks for accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
