Victaulic Announces Acquisition of AquaFlex USA
EASTON, Pa. - July 16, 2009 - Victaulic, the leading global producer of mechanical pipe joining and fire protection systems, announced today it has purchased AquaFlex USA, a leading provider of flexible connections for sprinkler heads.
