Valcor's Solenoid Operated Dispensing Pumps
Valcor Scientific's lines of dispensing pumps are cost-effective, low maintenance dispensers for use with a wide variety of liquids. Each model provides a different range of flow. They are positive displacement, piston driven devices that offer micro liter dispense rates at accuracies of +/- 2%. The SV500 series is solenoid operated with stainless steel construction, while the SV600 series has both solenoid operated and pneumatically operated options and is diaphragm isolated.
Some of the typical applications for the SV500 series include adhesive or ink dispensing, reagents for analyzers or clinical instruments, water for humidification systems, lubricants for automated equipment, chemicals for pools and spas, and syrup and flavoring for soda machines.
Features that make the SV500 series stand out are its adjustability over a wide range of operating conditions, volume output per stroke that can be adjusted by mechanically setting stroke, flow rate per minute that can be adjusted by frequency of operation, and repeatability within 2%. The series is self-priming, has the ability to start dry and is capable of lifting 6' of H2O. Also notable is the fact that these dispensing pumps can handle fluid viscosities as high as 10,000 centistokes and are maintenance free with a long life.
For more aggressive or corrosive liquids, Valcor has developed the SV600 series of dispensing pumps. Some of the applications that this series is typically used for include: adhesive or ink dispensing, reagents for analyzers or clinical instruments, acidic and base solutions, caustic fluids, chemicals for pools spas, syrup and flavoring for soda machines, fragrance for personal products, and analyzer sampling. The SV600 series has many features of the SV500, it can start dry and is capable of lifting 5' of H20.
