MEQUON, WISC., - Vacon, Inc. a global manufacturer of AC drives, announced today that they have entered a three year supply agreement with Bristol, Virginia based Bristol Compressors International Inc. This agreement will be to design and manufacture Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) that will be used to control Bristol Compressor's Benchmark VStar variable speed compressors. The custom designed, patent pending technology AC drive was developed in the USA by Vacon's Chambersburg, PA facility where it will also be manufactured.
