Burr Oak Tool Inc. introduces the Innovation Series, highlighting recent machine and service upgrades focusing on safety and ergonomics. Machine upgrades feature the OAK overhead spiral uncoiler designed for use on single tube cut off machines, a hairpin length gauge to accurately measure any length hairpin from 6" to 168" and a new design for the return elbow crossover bend machine. Other new upgrades are a straight tube cutoff magnetic cutter carrier to enhance cutter blade performance, hairpin bender cross axis shuttle for reducing tooling changeover time, coil lifting mechanism for the line of vertical expanders and hydraulic slit selector clamp. New service programs for die rebuilds are also offered from Burr Oak Tool.
