Bag filter users no longer have to be concerned about installing a filter when the housing cover cannot be opened because of an overlooked or nearby obstruction. The FLOWLINE(TM) Filter Housing from Eaton features a specially designed cover that can be easily field-oriented to open and close in any of four different directions with just the use of ordinary hand tools.
This design also reduces installation costs because expensive changes to the piping system do not have to be made or even considered to avoid obstacles to opening the filter housing cover. Should the piping system layout change in the future, the cover opening orientation on the FLOWLINE Filter Housing can be adapted to the new layout.
The cost-effective FLOWLINE Filter Housing features a light weight construction that incorporates all the features heavy-duty applications demand. This housing weighs less than one-half of what a similar cast filter housing weighs making it easier to install. The special design uses a minimum number of welds for an easy-to-clean interior surface. Easy cleaning is further enhanced by the housing's smooth, bead blasted finish. The FLOWLINE Filter Housing from Eaton is available in both carbon steel and Type 316 stainless steel in sizes to fit all standard single length 01 and double length 02 filter bags. A choice of 2" ANSI flanged or 2" NPT threaded piping connections is available.
