The Cosmic 30 benchtop unit from Komax is an all-electric machine that requires no blade changes to strip single wire sizes from AWG 32 to AWG 14. Partial pull-off or full pull-off lengths of 1.0mm to 25mm occur in 0.3 seconds.
A micrometer dial chooses stripping diamter in 0.01mm increments and shows the selection via a large digital display. The four-blade design cleanly strips a wide range of insulation types including Teflon, silicon, PVC, crosslinked, etc.
The lightweight, portable Cosmic 30 is available with options including special wire gripper, foot switch and air blow-out kit. Electrical requirement is AC 100V to 240V, 45VA.
