Pittsford, NY: DS1000E series scopes are the first 2-channel digital oscilloscopes with 1GSa/s real-time sample rate, 25GSa/s equivalent sample rate and up to 100 MHz bandwidth, to break the $800 price barrier. Setting a totally new price/performance level, DS1000E scopes offer outstanding performance combined with a superior display, and compete head-to-head with familiar traditional high-end manufacturers. One-touch automatic setup makes DS1000E series especially easy to use! With the ability not only to capture real-time instantaneous signals, but also to reveal details of even faster repetitive signals, the DS1000E has a remarkable and significant 1 Mpts of memory depth (400 times the often-supplied 2.5k memory size), enabling users to display instantaneous signals as well as abnormal signals quickly, expediting troublesome circuit debugging.

DS1000E's 5.6" TFT color LCD provides a bright, vivid waveform display with a wide viewing angle, and its sophisticated triggering modes enable users to stabilize signals quickly. In the economical oscilloscope arena, DS1062CA clearly offers superior price-to-performance, with its 1 GS/s per second real-time sample rate, signal measurement capabilities to 100 MHz, yet in a small footprint of only 12" x 6" x 5.25" and weighing only 5 lbs. USB-connectivity supports useful storage and printing capabilities, as well as enabling future firmware upgrades. You can save 10 waveforms, 10 setups, as well as outputting screen displays as .csv and .bmp files, or directly print to PictBridge printers via USB. Other bonus features include a built-in FFT function, a frequency counter, and math functions such as Add/Subtract/Multiply.

DS1000E series scopes are much more affordable than traditional high-end competitors and they are equally at home on an engineer's desk for design and debug, in a service department for repair needs, or in education & training environments. For manufacturing needs, DS1000E scopes offer 20 Automatic measurements and a Pass/Fail Function with an optically isolated Pass/Fail output.

DS1000E scopes are made by RIGOL Technologies (pronounced "regal") - a fast growing company focused on delivering value-priced test & measurement tools that offer superior performance combined with high quality, and reliability. The DS1000E is available now from Rigol's North American distributor Saelig Co. Inc.
