Wichita Falls, TX - Tranter is pleased to offer its new Quick Ship plate and frame heat exchanger program in order to accommodate customers with a quick delivery time. Customers will now be able to order from a select line of plate heat exchangers, and have their new unit ship from the factory within three days. The new 3-day ship program will launch the first of July.
The 3-day ship program provides rapid response to customer needs for the specific heat exchangers outlined in the plan.
The program is designed to fulfill small, urgent orders with expanded shipping hours and quick delivery to all of the United States.
"The manufacturing operations in Texas have made significant advances in the factory that reduce our cycle time and allow us to deliver our product at a speed that is unmatched in the industry while maintaining the high quality standards our customers expect," said Jason Kelley, Director of Operations. "Getting heat exchangers to our customers as fast as possible helps ensure that their plants have minimal down time and it expands their options during unscheduled shut downs."
The heat exchangers that qualify for the quick ship program have the following design features: · Sizes: From 2" to 4" ports · Design Pressure: 100 PSI to 150 PSI · Plate Material: 316ss & 304ss available in most models · Plate Thickness: 0.4mm to 0.6mm · Gasket Material: NBR & EPDM · Connections: Studded Port (4") or Threaded (2") · Additional models pending in the near future
The heat exchangers that are in the quick ship time frame are targeted at the following applications: · Gas Condensate Cooling · Cooling Tower / Cooling Water Exchangers · Amine Cross Exchanger · Lube Oil Coolers · Jacket Water Cooler · Small to medium PHE needs
