Waverly, IA (Fall 2008)-Results from a recent customer satisfaction survey showed that United Equipment Accessories, Inc. stands well above average when it comes to pleasing their clients.
The survey was conducted using a 5-point scale, with five being excellent and one being poor; there was also a not applicable option. Clients responded to all questions as average, above average or excellent; 70% of responses were above average or excellent.
When asked if they would continue to use UEA, Inc. products in the future, 100% of clients who responded to the survey said yes.
"Your people are what sell your products. Your products are the best in the business," comments from a client who took the survey.
In one part of the survey clients ranked the top four most important supplier characteristics to be product quality, capable technical support, on time delivery and price. UEA had above average or excellent responses in all four categories, one client commented, "Good product, good inside people, reasonable price."
UEA's goal is to return a Request for Quote for standard products within 24-48 hours; all clients who responded to the survey were more than satisfied with UEA's response time.
