Tyler Technologies and Pennsylvania's North Allegheny School District Sign Agreement for Tyler's Financial Management Software

DALLAS - October 12, 2010 - Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that it has reached an agreement to provide its financial management and student information software to North Allegheny School District in Pennsylvania. North Allegheny is the second school district in Pennsylvania, and the seventh school district nationwide, to purchase a combination of Tyler school solutions that include Tyler's Munis® enterprise resource planning and Tyler's student information software, Tyler SIS.

"Allegheny North will be able to meet the district's goals of going greener using Munis and Tyler SIS, as well as managing complex scheduling and reporting requirements. North Allegheny, located 12 miles north of Pittsburgh, will implement the full Tyler SIS student information system and a variety of products from Tyler's integrated Munis product suite, including financials, human capital management, document management and analytics. The agreement includes software licenses, related professional services, maintenance and support.
