Turbotec Products, Inc. a leader in high performance heat exchangers, announces the addition of: Paul P. Howell (Vice President / General Manager), Todd Duckwitz (Director of Product Engineering), Michael A. Greene (Quality Manager) and Ming Li (Product Development Engineer) to its Hickory, North Carolina facility.

Paul Howell brings over 15 years of Operations executive expertise streamlining and increasing performance and productivity by using Lean Manufacturing initiatives. A former USMA WestPoint graduate, Paul spent 10 years with the military before moving to Emerson with stints at Copeland, Chromalox and ALCO. He was also associated with the Pro Action Group; a lean manufacturing consulting firm and most recently served as Plant Manager at Lennox Hearth Products in Union City, TN. Paul will be focusing his efforts on all business operations during the critical stage of transitioning from Windsor, CT to Hickory, NC.

Todd Duckwitz contributes his 18 years of HVAC experience as Turbotec's Director of Product Engineering. Todd started his career at Fedders Corporation and over a 10 year period has held a variety of positions in Engineering and marketing. He was recently at Enertech Manufacturing as Director of Engineering focusing his efforts designing high efficiency geothermal heat pumps.

Michael A. Greene joins Turbotec as Quality Manager. He brings over 15 years of Quality and Project Management experience to Turbotec having spent most of his career at Corning Cable Systems. He was recently the Quality Manager at Rock-Tenn Company where he received his Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification.

Ming Li comes to Turbotec with over 15 years experience in mechanical design and process optimization using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) including a decade as Process Simulation Engineer at Corning Cable Systems. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Newcastle in the U.K. and will hold a Product Development Engineering position at Turbotec.
