Tufco Technologies, Inc. Promotes New Sales Manager
GREEN BAY, Wis., April 16, 2008 -- Tufco Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:TFCO), the leading provider of branded contract wet and dry wipes converting in North America, announced the promotion of Ken Beardsley to the position of Sales Manager - Wipes Converting at their Green Bay facility. He will report to Michele M. Cherney, Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Contract Manufacturing.
As Sales Manager, Mr. Beardsley will lead the customer development work for Tufco wipes converting projects. Ken has over nine years of wipes experience, and has been involved with all of the wet and dry wipes product start-ups at Tufco. His knowledge of the wipes industry and technologies makes him the ideal resource for new Tufco customers entering the wipes market with projects for which they need market and technical advice. With wipes being the cornerstone of the Tufco growth strategy , there is a strong need for someone with the industry and technical knowledge that Ken possesses.
