On June 30, 2010, Paul Howard, President of Eaton Leonard Tooling (ELT), announced that they have developed a new company called Tube Form Solutions, LLC (TFS). This new company will be dedicated to sales and service of tube bending and related auxiliary equipment. This new company is a joint effort between ELT and Midwest Benders Services. (MBS)
Located in Elkhart, IN, MBS was founded by Mike Thomas in 2001. Mike has more than 15 years experience in the tube bending industry. MBS specializes in servicing, rebuilding, and retrofitting various manufactures' bending and end forming equipment.
MBS has signed an agreement with Soco Machinery Company to be their preferred sales agent in the United States for their line of tube bending and laser cutting equipment.
This new relationship with SOCO will allow MBS to expand into companies that require new equipment to meet their growing demands.
SOCO is a worldwide leader in providing bending machines to various manufacturing industries, including automotive, aerospace, furniture, job shops, ship building, etc. SOCO's manufacturing facilities are located in Taichung, Taiwan and they have offices in Taiwan, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia.
ELT has been manufacturing bend and end forming tooling for more than 30 years. Their main competitive advantage has been their applications experience. The employees have literally hundreds of years combined experience. ELT guarantees customer satisfaction. This new relationship with MBS will bring ELT's customers even closer to the solutions they seek.
