Triumph Audit Confirms Icon as Key Partner to Global Aeorspace Sector

Icon Polymer Group, a technology company in engineered polymer products, is celebrating a further major accreditation confirming its status as a key partner to the global aerospace sector.
Following a detailed and stringent audit process, Icon has received approval to design and manufacture with delegated source inspection authority aerospace seals for leading supplier Triumph Aerostructures’ Vought Aircraft Division.
This latest accreditation complements others already held by Icon which pre-qualify the company to tender for supply contracts for aircraft being developed by major manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embrear.
Icon products are already being used on major platforms such as the Airbus A380, A330, Bombardier GX7000 8000 series and the Bombardier CSeries aircraft, for which Icon is providing fire seals.
