Trimble and @Road Announce Expiration of HSR Waiting Period


SUNNYVALE, Calif., Jan. 23 /- Trimble (NASDAQ:TRMB) and @Road, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARDI) today announced that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended ("HSR"), in connection with Trimble's pending acquisition of @Road expired at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on January 22, 2007. Expiration of the HSR waiting period is a condition to completion of the merger between Trimble and @Road. The consummation of the transaction remains subject to other customary conditions, including approval by stockholders of @Road. Trimble and @Road continue to expect to complete these activities as previously announced and to close the merger in February 2007.
