TriQuint's newly-released AH322 amplifier offers high efficiency operation for power savings and high linearity for infrastructure applications such as MCPAs and repeaters. The new amplifier is designed for 5V operation and provides integrated bias control. The AH322 provides 14 dB gain at 2.14 GHz. Samples and product data for the AH322 are now available.
