Retail Systems Repair Provider Improves Customer Service by Seamlessly Connecting Field Service Operations with Warehouse Inventory
Chicago, Oct. 10, 2007 - Click Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of aftermarket and fulfillment supply chain solutions, today announced that Tolt Service Group, a leading provider of managed services for technology equipment, implemented the Click Commerce Returns and Repair solution to help increase customer satisfaction. Click Commerce Returns and Repair enables Tolt to synchronize field service operations with warehouse inventory resulting in automated part ordering, improved part availability and warranty tracking, and reduced material costs. Tolt has implemented the Click Commerce Returns and Repair solution in 17 facilities with plans to roll out the software in eight more.
Every day, Tolt's 330 technicians respond to thousands of service calls for electronic equipment such as barcode scan guns, receipt printers, and automated payment kiosks throughout the nation. In order to strengthen service levels, Tolt needed a solution that provides real-time visibility into part locations at the fleet level.
