Besides the extensive range of products in the booth - including Tiffen optical filters for the latest cameras, Steadicam® camera supports, Lowel® lighting and Listec® Video lightweight prompters - there will also be a series of presentations from renowned industry experts. The presentations include practical tips on how to get the best results for a shoot. Similar presentations at last year's NAB were a big attraction. Once again they are planned to run throughout the show but visitors are advised to visit the booth to check the schedule. Presentations include:
Garrett Brown, ASC - the inventor of Steadicam®, puts rigs through their paces, showing their versatility and flexibility. Carey Duffy - world expert on optical filters, illustrates how they can help to reliably create a required look, and avoid possible disappointments, focusing on working with the latest cameras. Jon Fauer, ASC - Director and Cinematographer will show the use of portable lights and camera filters to quickly set up and shoot scenes. Brady Harris - Lighting specialist, shows how lighting on the move can make any location into your studio with lights, controls, mounts and kits built for dependable use, easy operation and portability.
Tom Robotham - DOP and inventor of the Lowel Blender LED light, shows how to quickly match and complement ambient light - a must for fast set-up location shoots.
