Web site at www.tnb.com.

The Web-based tool enables users to search the online catalog of more
than 400,000 Thomas & Betts products by catalog number. The database
also includes an on-demand compliance document in Portable Document
Format (PDF) for all RoHS- compliant products manufactured by Thomas &
Betts.

"We support the European Union's desire to protect its citizens and
increase the number of products that can be recycled," said Wasim
Khokhar, regulations affairs engineer at Thomas & Betts. "We are
pleased to provide our customers with an easy-to-use, direct access tool
to facilitate compliance with the RoHS directive. This is another
example of Thomas & Betts responding to the changing needs of our
customers and markets."

Effective July 1, 2006, the RoHS directive restricts the use of lead,
