Infratrol Manufacturing Corp., New Berlin, WI has designed and built an energy efficient, portable, Cast Iron Core Box Pre-heat oven. The system pre-heats two halves of a complete Core Box per load. This oven incorporates an energy efficient infrared heating system to heat the Core Boxes. The oven can handle up to 200# maximum load. Other larger and smaller sizes are available. A hinged, bi-folding, oven top provides access for top loading and unloading of the oven with an overhead jib crane. The entire oven, including hinged top, is insulated. The system is mounted on high quality casters for mobility and comes with a quick-disconnect electrical connection.
