Thiele Technologies to Present Latest Offerings at Pack Expo 2011

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Thiele Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of placing, bagging cartoning, casepacking and palletizing equipment, will promote its latest technology and equipment at Pack Expo 2011, September 26 to 28, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada. A team of professionals from Thiele will be available in Booth #C-500 throughout the show to discuss the company's complete range of product offerings.

Thiele's Flexible Division is pleased to feature a collection of newly designed features on its Star Series automatic bagging systems. "With a new combination of technology and simple design, we've made the Star Series simpler to use and also more efficient, which increases production capabilities for our customers," said Steve Shellenbaum, product manager of Thiele's flexible business unit. These features are a valuable addition to new baggers, but can also be purchased as machinery upgrades for existing machines.

Enhancements include an improved internal heating system, new servo spout opening technology, and an advanced HMI screen with easy-to-interpret bar charts to quickly diagnose issues and increase production.

Thiele's Dairy Division will be highlighting a completely redesigned Dairy Case Unstacker. The new design features patent-pending powered tipping, offering customers both higher speeds - up to 85 cases per minute - and increased reliability. Thiele's New Case Unstacker handles plastic dairy cases ranging from 13"x13" to 13"x19." PLC controls with Ethernet make machine operation and diagnostics simple. Other key elements include using fewer parts and corrosion-resistant construction, which means less maintenance during the life of the machine and more productivity.

Thiele's Rigid Division proudly announces a new complete washdown package available on its tray and bliss forming machines. An industry leader for more than 60 years, Thiele's SWF product line of tray and bliss formers has built a solid reputation for their durability and operational excellence. Originally designed for produce boxes, these machines have made their way into nearly every industry that uses corrugated packaging. Thiele's dedication to continuous improvement has resulted in improvements to the design, operator interface, maintainability and longevity of the tray and bliss formers, making them adaptable to a variety of industries.
