Wagner completes ISO audit with zero non-conformance.
Milwaukee, WI - The Wagner Companies is proud to announce that it has completed its ISO audit and received ISO 9001:2008 Certification.
ISO 9001 is a family of standards for quality management systems. ISO 9001 is maintained by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and is administered by accreditation and certification bodies.
Some of the requirements in ISO 9001 include: o a set of procedures that cover all key processes at Wagner; o monitoring processes to ensure they are effective; o keeping adequate records; o checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary; o regular reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and o facilitating continual improvement.
