The Introduction of a SIP-Based Solution Provides a Cost-Effective and Seamless Integration of Unified Messaging to Teltronics' Robust and Innovative 20-20 Communications System.
SARASOTA, Fla., Nov. 17 -- Teltronics, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TELT) , a premier provider of communication solutions and services, announced the integration of the Esna Technologies, Inc. (Esnatech) SIP-based unified messaging (UM) platform, Telephony Office-Linx (ToLee), to the IP-enabled, 20-20 telephone switch. The integration of SIP-based UM eliminates the need for costly, analog voice cards in favor of cost- competitive and full-featured IP cards.
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Richard Begando, said, "SIP integration reduces the cost of hardware, provides flexibility in terms of deployment location and remote site support, and also lends support for high-availability and resiliency initiatives."
