CLEVELAND, Aug. 6 /-- Cleveland-based The ScottCare Corporation, a leader in non-invasive external counterpulsation (ECP) therapy and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation telemetry, announced today that the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the operations of Rozinn Electronics, Inc., a privately-held market leader in cardiovascular diagnostic equipment based in Glendale, NY.
