Willoughby, OH. . . Jerry Schemm has been appointed Engineering Project Manager for The Malish Corporation, a global leader in the design and manufacture of floor machine and surface cleaning brushes, and The Malish Plastics Division, a recognized leader in custom thermoplastic extrusion of both tube and profile shapes.
A graduate of Kansas State University in Salina, Kansas, Mr. Schemm holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He has an extensive background in Product Engineering, as well as additional experience in Project and Engineering Management. He holds numerous patents related to floor care and other fields.
In his new position, Mr. Schemm will continue The Malish Corporation commitment of providing high-quality products and exceptional levels of service to OEM and distributor customers in North America and throughout the world. Mr. Schemm's main responsibility will be designing products and overseeing projects for the company's growing business in China.
Prior to joining The Malish Corporation, Mr. Schemm worked as the Product Engineering Manager for the Fuller Brush Company in Great Bend, Kansas. Other positions held include Product Engineer and Project Engineer for Windsor Industries and Pacific Floor Care, respectively.
