The HOGerizer wood grinder provides, high production grinding of pallets, pallet scrap, and more.
The HOGerizer Pallet and Pallet Scrap Grinder from Schutte-Buffalo Hammermill easily processes whole pallets, pallet scrap, doors, lumberyard scrap and truss plant scrap to a fine mulch at capacities of up to 10 tph. Self-cleaning hump tunnel magnets remove nails before the powerful material handling fan conveys the finished product to storage.
Customizable electronic controls allow the entire system to be started and stopped with a single push button operation.
Available in three standard widths, each model is ruggedly constructed from 2" steel plate and features a 36" rotor diameter, providing a high hammer tip speed at 1800 RPM. Heavy duty grates are available in sizes ¾" to 2" to allow for optimal finished particle sizes.
