TexLoc and TexMed Join Parker Hannifin

Parker Hannifin Corporation, the world's leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems, has acquired TexLoc Ltd. and its medical division, TexMed, manufacturer and designer of fluoroplastic tubing products, for an undisclosed cash sum.
