Test Devices Inc. Appoints Robert l. Murner as President Moves into New Facility in Hudson, MA

Hudson, MA, June 2, 2008 - Test Devices Inc. (TDI), a dynamic materials testing company that provides state-of-the-art materials testing services and products, today announced that it has appointed Robert L. Murner as president, effective immediately.

In addition, TDI has recently completed a move into its new facility in Hudson, MA, to
accommodate the company's continued growth in providing services and equipment for the
aerospace, energy and other industries.

As president, Murner will oversee the company's overall operation and strategic direction as it expands its position as a leader in advanced-technology dynamic spin testing. Mr. Murner has served as an engineer and program manager in the United States Air Force where he managed several high-profile weapons systems development, engine, and test programs. Since leaving active duty, he has held VP-level management positions at two Fortune 500 companies, and has a background in non-destructive testing and evaluation of aerospace and energy-related materials applications.

Murner received his Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from The University of
Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI), and his Masters in business administration (with distinction) from Wright State University (Dayton, OH). He is an active member in the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), and a past member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) and ASM International.

Murner commented, "For more than 30 years, Test Devices Inc. has built the company around implementing the industry's most innovative methods and technologies, and offering the highest level of quality and service. We continue to develop methods that test turbine and compressor components under more realistic environments in order to provide our customers with the most relevant data possible outside of an actual engine test. We are also expanding our services beyond rotational testing by developing static thermal mechanical fatigue testing methods for hot section blades and vanes."

Murner concluded, "With our new and significantly expanded facility, together with the addition of a fifth spin test machine, TDI has greater capacity than ever before for meeting our customers' exacting requirements, and delivering accurate, mission-critical results in a timely and cost-effective manner."
