A new twenty-page, full-color brochure describes Lechler's entire line of tank cleaning products. Also included are instructions on how to choose an appropriate tank cleaning nozzle for an application, guidelines for installation and operation, optional mounting configurations, a nozzle selection guide (based upon tank size and shape), and flow rate determination for washing or rinsing tanks of various shapes and sizes.
The product line includes mini-whirlies (for cleaning small vessels such as barrels), whirlies (for mid-sized tanks), Gyros and ACCUCleans (for mid-sized and large tanks), and the M20 Tank Cleaning Machine (for extra large tanks and vessels). Also featured is the horizontal M20 (a standard M20 attached to a specially-engineered pipe connection), which has been designed to clean long horizontal tanks and interiors (such as tank trucks or railcars). While all products come in stainless steel, the mini-whirlies and whirlies also come in plastic. Newer models include PTFE whirlies and stainless steel static spray balls which each meet 3A sanitary requirements and a PTFE whirly designed for high temperature applications.
