OTTAWA, ON, Oct. 23 -- TalkSwitch(R), a leader in the design and manufacture of innovative telephone systems for small and multi-location businesses, today announced the addition of six new hybrid IP PBXs to its VS line of small business phone systems. Additions meant to offer customers even greater flexibility in designing the ideal phone system for their business.
New systems are available across each TalkSwitch series. Joining the 200 series are the 248vs with capacity for 2 incoming lines, 4 local extensions (analog or IP), 12 IP extensions and 8 VoIP trunks, priced at $1095USD; and the 288vs offering 2 incoming lines, 8 local extensions (analog or IP), 8 IP extensions and 8 VoIP trunks, priced at $1,495USD.
The 400 series has been expanded to include the 488vs that features 4 incoming lines, 8 local extensions (analog or IP), 8 IP extensions and 8 VoIP trunks, priced at $1,895USD.
The company has also introduced a brand new 800 series that includes the 840vs with capacity for 8 incoming lines, 4 local extensions (analog or IP) and 12 IP extensions priced at $1,495USD; the 844vs with 8 incoming lines, 4 local extensions (analog or IP), 12 IP extensions and 4 VoIP trunks, for $1,795USD; and the 848vs offering 8 incoming lines, 4 local extensions (analog or IP), 12 IP extensions and 8 VoIP trunks, priced at $1,895USD

Like all TalkSwitch systems, these new models can be upgraded and networked together to a maximum of 4 TalkSwitch units with capacity for 32 incoming phone lines, 64 local extensions and 32 VoIP trunks per office location.
