Taco products for domestic water circulation and commercial/residential potable water applications have been certified in compliance with California Assembly Bill AB1953 by NSF International.
The California bill requires that wetted parts of products in these applications may contain a maximum of 0.25% lead. The law went into effect on January 1 this year. The state of Vermont has also endorsed similar legislation.
Certified Taco products include bronze and/or stainless steel models of circulators and pumps for potable water and domestic water circulation applications, and other products such as:
