TSI Incorporated Acquires UK's Airflow Instruments Product Lines
Shoreview, Minnesota ---- TSI Incorporated, a Minnesota-based worldwide leader in measurement technology, today announced the acquisition of instrument product lines owned by Airflow Developments Limited (ADL), a company based in High Wycombe, United Kingdom. TSI acquired the Test Instruments portion of ADL's business, including manufacturing, assembly, and the sales and service operation based in High Wycombe.
Airflow is a world leader in the instrument markets serving Heating, Ventilation, and Building Services. Their products compliment TSI's Indoor Air Quality and Ventilation Test Instruments product lines.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
