MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA May 4, 2007 TOKO, Inc., of Japan, TOKO America, Inc., and Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) (Vishay), announced today that TOKO has entered into a license agreement for the manufacture and sale of high-current, low-profile IHLP(TM) inductors with Vishay, whereby TOKO will license certain inductor manufacturing technologies from Vishay.
