Cleveland, OH: Technical Machine Products (TMP), a global supplier of new and rebuilt presses and mixers for the rubber, composite and laminations markets, is expanding its Rebuilding Services capabilities. TMP can provide rebuilding and upgrading of most OEM brands of injection and compression presses at an extremely competitive price.
According to Ted Soberay, TMP President, "Our company has always offered rebuilding services. Our analysis of the market is that other press suppliers do not offer the field service, upgrades and rebuilding capabilities that TMP can offer. One area in particular that TMP is focusing in on is the aftercare program, which we call the "A for Aftercare Program" for TMP and other brands of presses.
"A for Aftercare Program" includes the following services from TMP:
o Complete Compression and Injection Press Rebuilding This area focuses on refurbishing existing presses to increase productivity and machine efficiency. The program starts with an initial press inspection and determination of the customer's production needs. Common items include new control, replacement screws, machine alignment, electrical rewiring and replacement of seals and rings. The end result is a unit that regains its production levels at a significant cost savings over the purchase of a new unit.
o Press Upgrades This program takes an existing press and upgrades its performance to a higher level through the addition of mold shuttles, control upgrades including TMP's TECHNI-MOLD advanced control packages and other automation features to boost productivity at a fraction of the cost.
o Field Maintenance Programs & Machine Calibration TMP can schedule annual maintenance visits to a customer's facility to ensure that the unit if running at peak performance. This saves valuable time and money by monitoring the unit on a continual basis. Also offered is a 24-Hour technical support hotline for emergency situations.
o Spare Parts TMP inventories a vast selection of common maintenance and replacement parts for TMP and many other OEM brands. In-house parts are available for immediate shipment to the customer. o Demo Presses at TMP for Product Testing We give our customers every chance to be successful at their business. The Demo Presses are one way to see in advance how our units operate under actual field conditions.
