Spring Lake, Michigan - TGW-ERMANCO has announced the acquisition of ECOLOG Logistiksysteme GmbH by TGW-ERMANCO'S parent company, TGW Logistics Group. ECOLOG is located in Wels, Austria and is a supplier of automated material handling solutions. The company has a strong controls and software division which will contribute additional systems integration expertise to the TGW Logistics Group.
