The slim, flexible and powerful "Shelf Manager" was developed by the Hartmann engineers due to the necessity to provide a cost-effective system monitoring and fan regulation solution for all CompactPCI and VME systems.
"slim"
The Shelf Manager can be installed in a 1HE high fan unit to save space. And shows all voltage and fan values on its two-line LCD display. Additionally recognizes whether all values are OK at a glance by means of the two-color LED.
"flexible"
All values, such as limits for overvoltage and undervoltage, fan regulation range, alarm event, upper and lower temperature limit and the assignment of the 4 temperature sensors to the 8 fans can be adapted by the user to his requirements via a USB connection at a later date.
"powerful"
Up to 8 fans with 12V and up to 1.5A can be connected and monitored. All values are displayed as text on the LCDs. This allows you to recognize whether the power supply unit and the fans are working properly. An acoustic alarm can be installed as an option.
