Eighteen-year Veteran Frank Finocchio Elects to Retire, Brad DeOrnellas Named East Central Regional Manager
Helena, Ark. - (May 24, 2011) - Syrgis Performance Initiators today announced that Brad DeOrnellas has joined the organization and will assume the role of East Central Regional Sales Manager. The company also announced a reorganization of its peroxide sales team to allow for better support of the marketplace.
"Brad is an experienced sales professional who combines an understanding of the composites industry with a strong, team-based approach," said Doug Hubbard, business manager of Syrgis Performance Initiators. "I expect him to make a major impact immediately."
DeOrnellas has a diverse background with more than 12 years in composites, addressing a broad range of technical and application issues throughout his career. While sales and marketing have been his main focus, DeOrnellas also combines experience in research and development, quality assurance, and operations management. He has previously been Vice President and Co-owner of New Boston RTM and Sales Manager for the South Main Company.
Additionally, Frank Finocchio, Southeast sales manager and 18-year veteran for Syrgis Performance Initiators, has elected to retire on June 30, 2011. Finocchio joined Norac in July 1993, and subsequently came on board with Syrgis when Norac was purchased in 2007. He has been involved with marketing and sales in the composites industry for more than 41 years.
"Frank Finocchio has been a strong member of the Syrgis sales team, and we will miss his decades of experience and his exceptional customer relationships," said Hubbard. "Syrgis is known for providing exception customer service and support. And, with the addition of Brad, we have decided to reorganize our peroxide sales team.
