Enhancements to popular data collection libraries assist in quickly building data queries

SES 9.2 is a sophisticated yet easy to use software engine that powers Symon products for use in various markets such as digital signage, corporate communications, contact center and supply chain management. One of the key benefits of the SES 9.2 is that one server allows customers to simultaneously operate many devices and applications reducing the number of servers and other IT involvement.

Included in SES 9.2 is the new digital video wall capability that allows a traditional video wall configuration or a row of digital monitors. Video wall features include displaying one show across four monitors or splitting the monitors into four different shows. A new Symon Digital Appliance, the SDA-400W, is also introduced with this release and supplies the digital video wall with its unique content. The SDA-400W incorporates a powerful industry first quad-display graphics card that supports digital and analog monitors.
Also available in SES 9.2, Symon offers a screen control software option that enables remote control of televisions, LCDs and plasmas including on/off, brightness, and volume. Other new features include additional sound and video file types that can be used in Symon Design Studio and a SQL database syntax selection that benefits customers using the SES 9.2 Query Builder.
