November 6, 2007 - Symetix announces the appointment of Subhash Mehta as International Sales Manager. Mehta is responsible for bringing Symetix's high volume optical inspection systems, grading systems, Continuous Softgel Finishing Lines(TM) and unparalleled service to the international pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, providing customers with solutions that safeguard product quality while increasing throughput and reducing manufacturing labor.

Focused on pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufactures and contract packers outside North America, Mehta will lead the development of sales channels to extend Symetix's reach worldwide.

Mehta brings more than 25 years of international sales experience with technology-driven companies. Most recently, he was the International Business Manager for TSI, Inc. He has also served as Sales Manager for Schlumberger Industries' Measurement Division and was Assistant General Manager of Rosemount (India) Ltd. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bombay.
