November 29, 2007 - Symetix announces the appointment of PT Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (PTEPL) as exclusive sales representative for India. Based in Mumbai, PTEPL is responsible for bringing Symetix's high volume optical inspection systems, grading systems, Continuous Softgel Finishing Lines(TM) and unparalleled service to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers and contract packers in India.

"By delivering technology that enhances product quality and improves manufacturing efficiencies, we're helping manufacturers, contract packers and exporters of solid-dose pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals in India to meet the needs of the world market," noted Subhash Mehta, International Sales Manager for Symetix. "PT Electronics has both the technical experience and the industry contacts to build strong customer relationships on our behalf."

PTEPL has been supplying quality control instruments and equipment in India for 14 years. They currently represent BEE International (USA) for homogenizers, CHANGSUNG (Korea), CALEVA (UK) for extruders and spheronizers and CMS (USA) for tablet laser drills. Their network of personnel is located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Calcutta.
