The EXPERT SMD pick-and-place is popular in SMT prototyping and small batch manufacturing. It does not require any programming, permitting quick production of prototype PCBs. Additionally, optical aids are available for small components, fine pitch and BGA, allowing operators to place them with the same precision as an automatic machine would. For larger series, the EXPERT is available as a semiautomatic model with software guidance and control.
