Swagelok Company Names Vice President, Continuous Improvement And Quality


SOLON, Ohio (August 8, 2007) Wil Christensen has joined Swagelok Company as vice president, continuous improvement and quality. In this role, he is responsible for establishing consistent metrics across the organization, continuing development of the Swagelok quality methodology, aligning best practices with the company¡¦s goal of zero customer disappointments, and developing improvement programs to address customer needs.

Prior to joining Swagelok, Christensen was most recently employed as vice president, global quality and continuous improvement at Moen Incorporated in North Olmsted. There, he directed strategic business planning and continuous improvement activities for domestic and China manufacturing facilities. He also established lean principles and streamlined development processes.

Christensen received a BS in chemistry from Michigan State University.
