Stratos Obtains Lender Approval Relating to CIP Canada Acquisition
BETHESDA, MD, May 15 / -- Stratos Global Corporation ("Stratos" or the "Corporation") today announced that, in connection with its pending transaction with CIP Canada Investment Inc. ("CIP Canada"), the Corporation has received lender approval for a waiver of the change of control and a related ancillary amendment under the Corporation's senior secured credit facility. The waiver and amendment would be effective upon the completion of the acquisition of the Corporation by CIP Canada pursuant to the plan of arrangement contemplated by the arrangement agreement entered into on March 19, 2007.
