Strategic Assessment Dashboard Launched

This week, the new Strategic Assessment Dashboard was successfully launched by the Supply Chain Consortium and Tompkins Associates. The tool allows consortium members to compare their operations to their entire industry or segments of their industry using a newly updated user interface. Among its powerful tools are the abilities to:

Provide performance and capability scores using detailed benchmark data.
Compare each company's scores to peers and best practices to highlight gaps and centers of excellence.
Assess opportunities based on the value of gaps and the difficulty in closing the gaps.
Support drill downs from overall functions to specific metrics and processes.
Link summary scores in each function to the names of companies performing in the top quartile along with PeerNet contact information.
Highlight multi-year trends as each company's capabilities and best practices evolve.

To learn more about the Strategic Assessment Dashboard tool and how it can be applied to further the success of your organization, visit the Supply Chain Consortium Web site or contact Bruce Tompkins at 1-919-855-5527.
