Stockell Healthcare Systems Receives Meaningful Use Stage 2* Certification for the InsightCS® Revenue Cycle Information Management System

LOUIS — Stockell Healthcare Systems, Inc., a leading provider of end-to-end Patient Access and Patient Accounting software solutions for healthcare providers, is pleased to announce that its InsightCS® Revenue Cycle Information Management System has been EHR Modular* Certified as a Meaningful Use Stage 2 compliant solution for both the Ambulatory and Inpatient categories.
Hospitals, behavioral healthcare facilities, and integrated healthcare networks (IHNs) using the certified version of InsightCS® are able to apply the system's applicable functionality toward meeting Meaningful Use Stage 2 measures to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) for both Inpatient and Ambulatory care delivery.
InfoGard, an ONCHIT Authorized Certification Body (ACB), conducted the tests and granted certification of the InsightCS® system for the following Meaningful Use criteria:

-Â Authentication, access, control, and authorization
-Â Auditable events and tamper-resistance
-Â Audit report(s)
-Â Automatic log-off
-Â Emergency access
