Stockcheck Integrated into Hypertronics Website to Provide Accurate Inventory

Today, Hypertronics added realtime distributor inventory information and online ordering capability for its connectors.

Hudson, MA (March 5, 2008) Hypertronics Corporation, a Smiths Interconnect business and world-leading provider of high performance interconnect solutions for the most demanding applications, today announced the implementation of Stockcheck, a Hearst Business Media inventory locator tool. Stockcheck allows customers to easily view accurate inventory levels available through distribution.

This new feature will benefit customers by providing an option to easily view and place orders for Hypertronics connectors in real time. Customers can find this feature on the Hypertronics website homepage (www.hypertronics.com). The customer enters the part number into Stockcheck, it will then pull a list of distributors who stocks the part and the level of inventory they currently have, with a link to their website. The customer can then link to the distributor's website and place a request for quote.

"Hypertronics is dedicated to improving customer relations on all levels. The implementation of Stockcheck has made the buying process more efficient by providing our customers with greater access for our standard products. Stockcheck helps minimize the time it takes to order and receive our connector solutions. With a few simple clicks, our customers can check inventory levels and availability with accurate turnaround time, as well as the ability to submit their RFQ in real time" commented Vadim Radunsky, President of Hypertronics "This system will be a major communication link between our customers and our distribution partners."
