The new website will be www.galvanizeddirect.com and it will mirror the stainless steel rigging product site with high quality galvanized rigging products to help leverage your buying power for both lines under one umbrella.
As with stainless steel, the galvanized product line will be offered at very attractive factory direct pricing and the guarantee of high quality and unparalleled service. Products featured are "hot dipped" galvanized such as Shackles, Turnbuckles, Load Binders, Chain Assemblies, Hooks, Aluminum Sleeves, Swivels, Eye Nut, Eye Bolts, Wire Rope Clips, Links, Rings and Thimbles.
The products will be sold in Semi Bulk and Bulk quantities from a warehouse facility on the West Coast in the U.S. We have invested in our inventory to be able to supply our customer's products when they need them without having to wait for 60-90 days for product to arrive from overseas. The supply company is well rooted and well respected and was established in 1998. They are one of the premier manufacturers of forged products. Certifications include ISO9001, 2000 Certification and American Bureau of Shipping Certification. When comparing production capabilities, this facility has 10 forging machines (1000T, 630T, 300T) and several tensile testing machines (400T, 100T) magnetic particle detection machine and accelerometers. They also have two automatic heat treatment stove lines and two sets of deep well stoves.
