AT THE 'POWDER SHOW' SECTION OF THE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY EXPO INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION (PTXi) IN CHICAGO MAY 6-8, 2008, BOOTH #2132
CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- Spiroflow Systems, Inc., of Charlotte, NC, will be showing its comprehensive range of standard and custom-made conveying and bulk bag handling equipment along with two newly developed products at the 'Powder Show' section of the Process Technology Expo International Exhibition (PTXi) at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois on May 6-8, 2008, Booth #2132.
One of the new products featured at Booth #2132 is the 'Spiroflow' Aero-Mechanical Conveyor (AMC) 'AutoTensioner'. The latest value-engineered design of the proven system already in the field, the AMC 'AutoTensioner' makes it a more affordable option for a wider cross-section of applications. Other key customer benefits include reduced downtime, reduced maintenance and increased rope life.
The newly developed range of 'Spirostore' Flexible Silos will also be featured at the Process Technology Expo. The high-strength, durable polyester fabric containers are supported on a steel frame capable of storing a few cubic yards up to 200 cubic yards and 50 tons in weight of dry bulk solid materials. The 'Spirostore' Flexible Silos can be mobile or stationary, tailor-made to suit any indoor or weatherproof location and designed to connect to any of Spiroflow's range of conveyors.
Another highlight of Booth #2132 will be a major hands-on working exhibit that will demonstrate the principles, functions and benefits of Spiroflow's Bulk Bag Dischargers, Flexible Screw Conveyors and Aero-Mechanical Conveyors.
Many of these units are custom made to customer specifications and all are thoroughly tested before delivery. Typically, Flexible Screw Conveyors offer the lowest cost are the most simple to clean, means of conveying products ranging from free flowing salt and sticky lumps of broken chocolate to chemicals and minerals.
Information on Spiroflow's nine bulk bag dischargers ranging from simple bag support frames to sophisticated models offering "total confinement" will be available. Also available will be information on Spiroflow's comprehensive range of bulk bag filler systems, bin, bag and drum emptiers, bag packers and Pneuvac(TM) vacuum conveyors. Highlights of Spiroflow's comprehensive product testing service and after sales program will also be available.
